Bolts are loose and not tightened

Preventive measures: After the tower crane is installed, the bolts of each link must be tightened again and tightened regularly during use, with an interval of no more than one week. A new tower crane must be tightened no more than once every three days in the first two months of use.

Verticality out of tolerance

Preventive measures: When burying the tower crane foundation base, carefully perform leveling, especially after the concrete is poured, the leveling must be checked again. During use, after anchoring and jacking, the verticality must be checked in time. If a problem is found, find out the cause in time and put it back in place.
